I'm sure someone will be along shortly with the definitive answer, but it wouldn't make sense. The reason it's qualified in the first place was because they didn't have enough reserve coverage for at least one of the days, so the pilot couldn't drop it into open time. Letting a reserve pilot pick it up would do exactly the same thing as letting the original pilot drop it - reduce net reserves available.
