I know several people have answered it, but what isn't being explained well is that a Qualified trip is actually still on another pilot's line. That pilot has a Personal Drop in the system for that trip, but there isn't enough reserve coverage for him to drop it. So, it's not actually in open time. As a reserve, just look at Actual trips to see what really in open time.
