lets be real with this. why all the secrecy about age. they can easily tell your age simply by looking at your education history. High school graduation and or college. It really is not hard. we can cover all the dates on medical and licenses and it really means nothing.

No one would likely win an age discrimination suit against United anyway. Once they did discovery and found that United is hiring a bunch of guys over 40 they would have a hard time proving United didn't hire them because they were over 40. Just look at the ages of the guys in the recent classes.
Its all just a part of CYA on United's part.
