Majors negotiate in a different environment. Except for the post 9/11 BK days, union pilots were leaders in enhancing contracts and pattern bargaining.

Look at the history of Jetblue, Allegiant, and Virgin. They have always been playing catch up. Their raises, if they got any, tended to be lower and later than their union counterparts.
Not really a total apples/apples comparison. If you want to compare those three airlines to union counterparts, then those would be Frontier and Spirit. These are similar sized airlines and on the LCC arena. People may not want to admit it but there is a difference in pay/QOL in the LCC and legacy carriers. The two are not on par with the same. One group has been around for 80 years, the others started in 1994, 2000, and 2007.
