I can agree the money is there later in the career. But with age 65 it really screwed career progression. And with majors making billions due to the 1/3 salary pay out to the regionals and regionals doing 55% of domestic flying, the government needs to step in. It is unethical to pay DAL employees massive profit sharing when 55% of it cae off the backs of guys and girls flying their planes their pax and their tickets...
