Yes, especially those at K4 who are: F-16, F-15, U-2, C-17, B-52, KC-135 (and many other types) pilots, rotor craft officers, service academy graduates, civilian college grads with great records and who have massive numbers of flight hours as captain in previous companies operating widebody jets to some of the weirdest places in the world you've never heard of, people who pulled themselves up from abject poverty and unfortunate circumstance in their youth to make themselves what they are today, etc. etc. etc. and on and on. Not to mention the ones who have already left and gone to "respectable" carriers, whatever those are.
I'd put 95% of our guys and girl up against any pilot, at any airline, anywhere. If you're used to being spoon-fed by your dispatcher (what are those?) with every flight, and if the fact that your gate has no marshallers when you arrive causes you to run screaming into the night, flailing your arms about, you'd never make it here.
