Sammy, you need to get your facts straight before you post on here about Frontier, otherwise it makes you look uninformed, out of touch, and frankly not very smart. No need to hate Frontier for not hiring you. Lots of good pilots don't make it through the process, and almost none of the bad ones do. Its not a stepping stone airline, and they are starting to take great strides in weeding out the pilots that intend to use it as such.
Frontier is growing at a rate greater than any time in their 24 years of existence. I think the plan is to hire 200-ish in 2015 and continue at a similar rate indefinitely. They are bringing on new A-320s and new A-321s at a record pace and that doesn't even address the 80 NEO order. It has the potential to be a great place to work if they can keep the wheels on the bus through the transition to ULCC and when we get our contract.
