I think tier II will contain a lot of EK pilots. Let hit them where it hurts.
Great idea, if DL hired even half of the EK guys on file it would wreak havoc on their staffing model and most likely lead to parked planes. The 2nd largest nationality of pilots at Emirates are American, and a large percentage are looking at coming home.
