Great idea, if DL hired even half of the EK guys on file it would wreak havoc on their staffing model and most likely lead to parked planes. The 2nd largest nationality of pilots at Emirates are American, and a large percentage are looking at coming home.
This actually sounds like a legit strategy. If the US majors could hire a combined 300-400 EK/EY pilots and the European another 200-300 what would that do to those operations?
