I'm not opposed to FOQA by any means.

I would like the guys on the biggest fleet to have the tools to succeed. No one can claim the 88/90 fleet possesses the tools to succeed vs every other fleet.

When FOQA can measure tolerances far tighter than a fleet's capabilities...that's flat-out nonsense.
