Flew 3 days so far with it, it's not as daunting as it seemed in the ecampus. My biggest issue is getting rid of my old habits such as reaching for lights. The climb check thing is a bit awkward. What also didn't help was the first day flying with a guy who thinks he already knows the new system and starts making up his own interpretations of things. The second guy I flew with did a lot better with working with me on making sure we are doing everything the right way. Just to learn the system we did everything the way the training department would like to see it in the sim and by the end of our trip, I think we both were pretty comfortable with the direction our call outs and flows were headed. I'm not quite seeing the whole picture yet but I'll get used to it shortly. We both asked questions when we weren't sure and if we tried to cut corners, we went back and started from the beginning. There's less stuff to do while we're taxiing and I like that.
