I've completed the American Flyers course twice during busy initial groundschools at large operations. It's just a matter of managing your studying. I didn't do it in one day, but I managed to use the refresher course as my break during studying and knocked it out over several days, without any loss in studying the new aircraft and operation.

It's entirely dependent on how disciplined you are at accomplishing your goals. You can do it.
