I rec my initial email on 28 Dec, email stated what week to expect the follow-on email with Hogan log in, 8 days later it arrived as promised....... some individuals received initial email same day as I did and the follow-on e-mail the next day.... I believe UAL spreads it out, work on your hobby if you are not prepping... as I tell my teenage daughter "Step away from the iPhone"...lol.
! Easier said now that I am through it!
