No. They are FOs. They cannot hold a Captain spot indefinitely and the company will have to upgrade all eligible FOs on property before they can hold Captain. However, they can pick up OT on their non-reserve days like anyone else. They can only proffer for a trip in whichever reserve pot theyre in I'd imagine.
this has been discussed a 1000 times...we know how it works...I feel like you're upset at the situation in which we have no control of...supposedly they tell us which reserve we are every month (not to sure on how that works) for this month, they have us a CA reserve and we can fly either seat and have used us as such.
