If some regional CA thinks he's better off staying at his regional then going the LCC route, than that's his choice and he's entitled to his opinion. It won't have any effect on jetBlue's negotiation as an ALPA carrier.

You would be surprised how that statement has a detrimental effect on how the bar and our expectations should be set amongst our group.
