Correct, and that enthusiasm will be redirected to applying and interviewing at other carriers. Many, many are waiting to see what will happen this year. If we don't get released and if we lose in court, this is going to be an absolutely horrific place to work for many years to come. I fear that a catastrophe will be the only wake up call that this management will take seriously.
