Just have a quick question about the HR email. A few weeks ago, it was stated that once an application is scored and tiered, a rescore will not change much. Someone else was of the opinion that nearly all of the applications I've already been looked at and scored.
So the question I have is how would the HR email help an application that's been on file for awhile?
Just because its been "on file" for a while doesn't mean its ever been scored. Plus, any query that forces it to be scored will at least get it scored currently. Usually that means more flight time and perhaps other things (degrees, vol work, etc) as well as a longer time with an active app, which supposedly does mean something as well.
