The pay scales are pretty much correct, although some years pay about 50-70 cents more per hour than APC indicates.
If you've read through the last couple pages of this thread, you're probably aware that the upgrade time listed on APC is also off by a couple of years as well.

Any bets on how long a new hire that was hired today should plan until they'd be able to call ANC their base? I've read through this thread, and was somewhat surprised to learn its a relatively senior/stable base for an FO.
