This is actually a good post from ShyGuy. Being a CPZ captain opens up many more doors than a current 9E FO with a guaranteed interview, not a guaranteed job. CPZ captains now have TPIC and better pay. They are more competitive and make more money and current captains will be senior enough to never sit reserve and will have their choice of base by the summer time. The CPZ guaranteed interview is being negotiated right now (straight from the companies mouth) and they expect an LOA shortly.
