It isn't just PSA, but the way PRIA paperwork is handled when one airline employee leaves and goes to another airline. Expect it to pop up as an issue everywhere as it is being reviewed. It is really not as dramatic as you are making it sound. Most everyone is flying again.

One of the biggest issues is names of airlines. If you worked for one airline that changed it's name or merged, a separate pria request must be mailed even though it was the same job - and your old company must send your exact same records twice.
