If Delta is targeting women and minorities, observation indicates they are doing a **** poor job of it.

Everything demographic I've seen from Delta lists experience, background and hours. Never seen anything detailing race or gender.

Those are my facts, what are yours?

Sorry you haven't gotten a call yet. Pretty sure race and gender don't enter into it, but you can feel however you want.

Please re-read my post. No where in it did I say minorities were majority in the class. What I did state that were facts is "Delta hired 17% minorities in 2014". Looking at that percentage that states they were not majority, but minority.

Since Delta is an Equal Opportunity Employer they can't always find minorities that are as experienced as non minorities. A DAL HR recruiter stated that they have to monitor their stats to keep any government attention off of them for not hiring a reasonable amount of minorities. Hence since minorities are not majority they will not always be able to have as much experience as the majority in general. If companies didn't seek to hire minorities then I wouldn't think that almost 100 vendors would attend WIA.
