Just hang in there. You will get the call.

This seems like the best advice right now. It's easy to read into everything and try to guess what's happening.

The "recruiter" I met with at WAI didn't have a clue what mil pilots do. I have seen plenty of guys get hired with less time and she told me I needed more time and maybe I should consider a regional. I told her I have considered that and she said it would be a good way to see how the 121 world worked. I agreed but then she said I would also get to see what a 5 leg day was like. I had to ask again to see if she was saying what I thought. She repeated it would be good experience to go to a regional to see a 5 leg day. It took all I had in me to not bust out laughing, but instead I calmly explained that I have had plenty of 5 leg days, but mine were in Iraq.

She was barely a day over 25 so I didn't hold too much against her but I don't feel she was a good representation of the crew force I have met at Delta. This all happened after she literally quizzed me on my resume to see if I knew what was on it.

The whole fast pass system for Delta was disappointing compared to the others I met with but in the end it should get your app scored at least if you met with Delta. That was the ultimate goal anyway.
