It can't be worse than the experience I had with Atlas at WIA. I had religiously updated my resume every month, brought my resume to the job fair, stood in line for Atlas, then handed my resume to the female recruiter (who happened to actually be an FA), she took my resume, set it on the table behind her, said, "thanks for stopping by, continue to update your resume online, please excuse me", and then left. I stood around for a few minutes thinking she was going to come back, but nope, that was it. I stopped updating my resume at Atlas right after that.
