For everyone who says reserve is long here at AWAC, I just finished OE along with the guys in my class. I am in Norfolk, and the rest are in Philly. They have already been awarded a line in September. That is 2 months on reserve. How much shorter can you get? Reserve times are dropping, and we are going to be getting used a lot. We are getting really short on pilots. The people that are still on reserve for a year, are either in Norfolk , or the are bidding reserve. Just my 2 cents.
Not in ORF, or bidding RSV on purpose, but I am not an official line holder until August, which is 1 year 6 months with the company. I do gotta say, I am a little jealous of you guys that have lines right out of training. Now is NOT a good time to be on RSV.
