People need to realize this job is not about how nice you are or how much you help people. It's about how well you fly a plane, willingness to learn, accept instruction, and use good judgment.
These jobs are not charities...people need to lose that "group hug" mentality.
I agree. However, when you have 15,000 qualified applicants all fighting each other for the same job -yes, it's annoying as someone said earlier, this is simply a way to weed people out.
