Sounds about right. The recall dilemma will end next summer. Expect a HUGE influx right before it ends, steady up until that point.
After that, AAG will be working on efficiency consolidation between AA/US routes, further slowing the hiring. AAG should be the least desirable major airline, by a long shot.
