I think you are making up this hogwash about selling vacation. Anyway, I guess you are okay selling it back to the company? The contract and ALPA are?

I once traded vacation to get to see my son graduate- yes with a more senior pilot.

So, if you are sincere- outlaw selling vacation- to anyone! And while you are at it, outlaw paying someone to pick up your trip.

I think Aeroflot could use you in management.
