Zipper Tie looks just fine and is FANTASTIC! Also ditto on the Landerwood shirts - you can get the "athletic" cut which tapers nicely and prevents that bush around your waste...plus the cotton is softer and overall looks more professional than any other Pilot shirt. Machine-washable is a super-bonus.

Headset: Sennheiser HMEC-25KAS. LOVE it. Works great even in the ERJ, though a bit uncomfortable cruising 10K feet and 320 KIAS still...but those legs are few and far between in the Jet.

Bags: TravelPro CREW5 - don't think they make it anymore, but I LOVE it. Only thing is I had to swap out the cheapo plastic wheels with inline skate wheels (took three hours labor and involved metal washers, duct tape, and an awl - don't ask LoL) Now it's whisper quiet. For the flight-kit, I use the Ballistic Nylon...Love it to death, but you can't cover it with stickers (major downside) Maybe Patches instead?!

Shoes: Johnston and Murphy. Expensive as heck, but they shine like nobody's business. No lie, every trip my crew comments on how shiny they are...(usually jerking my chain for actually polishing them once in awhile ::gasp:
