I did my Comm in a CH2000 (Alarus). Unless the DE is an obsessive compulsive freak, you'll be fine. Most DE's understand that pilots arent perfect and are in touch with the reality of flying. The Comm oral is a thousand times easier than the instrument oral; I would say the hardest thing I was asked was an accelerated takeoff stop distance question in which I just used the performance charts to figure that out.
