I submitted my app at 11pm and had an invitation to interview by the time I woke up next day. You are offered 3 dates to choose from, usually within 10-12 days from when you submitted the app. You get travel details 3-4 days b4 the interview day. You gotta pay your own hotel if you're flying in from the west coast.
