As far as dropping reserve days and/or trips Ryan, it depends on the reserve coverage. For example, if Delta determines 5 reserves are required for a date and there are 6 or more reserve pilots available, you can drop X days or trips. Even if there are fewer reserves available than required, once per year you can use an Authorized Personal Drop to drop a trip as long as there are some reserves and it's not a holiday.
