They are pay protected, and they aren't having to work extra days because of it. What solution, exactly, should be looked at? Please do tell.
Who says that they are pay protected? I've talked with a couple of people who seemed to have left that little tidbit of info out of their rant. They also didn't seem to be praising CS about how they were being treated (anyone suprised about that?). Anyway, I hope that you guys are right about the pay prot and sked.
