To anyone just joining us, Rat is truly that. He continually does this. He does not work at G4. Yet finds it necessary to chime in on a g4 thread. A few theories circling around, as to who this dip s h i t is:
A) Random wanna be.

As long as they have people applying for jobs and willing to accept your homeless base for a 3 month upgrade, you aren't getting top of the industry pay. Unless, of course, your GROUP (as opposed to vocal web board individuals) has the moxie to stick out a protracted strike.
It's all a moot point anyway. You haven't been released to self help, so at this point it's all huffing and puffing anyway. You may find that a 99% strike VOTE doesn't translate into people who are willing to accept less rather than lose a month's pay.
Sorry if this offends you "shut it down" radicals. Just attempting to shine the light of reality on your fantasy. Believe it or not, Unionism is sadly on the wane in this country. You may want to check your demographics to see how many of the "me first" generation are on your seniority list.
They have no idea the struggle our predecessors went through to make this profession worthwhile. Will they be willing to make that kind of sacrifice? Only you guys can answer that.
