It just went to 08, about a month before hiring stopped for that year. It resumed in 10, but only for 300ish pilots. It resumed again for OTS pilots in 14 and into 15 and beyond.

Both the hiring rates per year, and counting only years there actually were hiring, place JR Capt at the 3 year mark. That should hold as long as hiring continues, especially with increasing attrition at the top.
