So far, no one that wanted it has been turned down. And a "flow" isn't a guarantee either. If they don't want you, they just fail you out of training and you don't have anywhere to go except start over again. Nothing is a guarantee.
The 5 year thing is true, provided that the SSP increases this spring. If it goes up to 100 a year, it will be 5 years or less.
