What does it matter how many pilots we have when we meet? Simply copy the Piedmont flow language that says the numbers will be adjusted every quarter for the differences in pilot size. Why does everyone think it matters how many we have when negotiations start? Just get 10% to flow every year so we end up with 160-180 flowing off the top and make it a real flow since we are the only wholly owned without one (even though our interview pass rate is 99%).
