I agree. I think the people who really like the surface like it for doing things other than directly related to flying at Delta. I just want it to work when I am at work. And it isn't that good for that.
Not necessarily. I've set up a personal side on the surface and have liked it so much I've stopped carrying my iPad or laptop. I have yet to have any issue with freezing up, not charging, or anything else. Apple's fine and currently it's what I have around my house. But lately, I've been growing tired of the restrictiveness apple places on their products.
