you heard wrong. If you are currently employed put 2 weeks out. He said they won't call people who have their availability over 60 days out.
Maybe I'm missing something here. I submitted my app Oct 14 and put an availability date of 4 May 15, when I'm eligible to retire from the military. I received an interview invite 21 Feb15.
