Yes, FedEx Express is an outstanding place to work. But the unspoken caveat is "if you've already achieved a certain level of seniority". I'm sorry but like 80-90% of us you look at your own past experience, and the world as it HAS been during that time, to project what others should experience if they get hired today.

I think that hidden bias has created an unreasonable expectation on your part.
