You're taking me way to literal. For the most part, many of our FO's came here when this place was somewhat good. Many of us jumped ship before we had 1000 hours of TPIC if any at all. My point is, a lot of us have been trying to exit to no avail because of the reasons I posted above. If you have quality prior time there's probably a chance you'll get picked up.
I Haven't had much luck getting looked at and I personally feel my resume is well stacked minus any military experience. It's the same story for many of us in NetJets purgatory. Are guys leaving yes, but not many.
I welcome you all here, just don't drink the koolaid.
