Not to be negative but that's got to be because so many have departed for other carriers. With as many OT trips that are out there right now, they must be way short on pilots. Even the outbase offerings are being filled as they once were.
If I'm not mistaken it's also because classes are no longer divided into 747 and 767 classes as well. I believe that you now bid for equipment once you get on property and the classes are combined. Still, that's a ton of pilots to hire in a month at Atlas....
It makes me wonder if some of the attrition rumors for the next 6 months are true!
