3/11 interview: 8 of 12 hired. The 4 that missed were 3 mil and 1 regional. 3 missed on the testing, 1 missed on both. Of the 8 hired, 1 regional, 6 mil, 1 retired mil with time at another carrier.
Is it the cog or the knowledge test that guys are getting hung up on? Or are they both looked at combined?
