The way I read it, is you get the greater of the original rotation or newly constructed rotation + straight pay for all new segments until back on your original rotation.

I really don't see much change..I think anytime you are rerouted it should instantly be time and 1/2 pay..Right now, scheduling uses line holders as reserve pilots to cover open time..14 hours out is a long time! I do not see any real change to the way things are going right now. Scheduling usually gets you back on your original rotation now after doing some extra flying. Maybe I didn't read the email correctly, but these are my thoughts. Just think how much money the company is saving by rerouting pilots. It keeps them from calling someone out on a whiteslip or greenslip.
