Should a 45 year old pilot at ASA count on another 20 years of viability before retirement? You're really worried that underpaid regional pilots make too much?? Really??? Every single regional is having staffing issues because management has been able to lower pay and benefits so much that this career has become impossible to justify for new entrants.
