Huh???Based on what experience?

Very happy to be flying the line, interviewed about 9 months ago now, but in no way was this the experience of myself or anyone else in my interview group. We all walked out of all the tests feeling...failed...do not blow off any portion of the testing, and memorize the damn cog stuff!!!
