I'm curious what ASA/XJT discussions they are having in regards to the EFB. Since our current president isn't as interested in having discussions with the sister MEC's as our previous one was, I don't imagine he has reached out to them. I don't need to ask, but I am sure that they do not have to be notified via EFB in their MOU.



I think it is a great idea to throw some vague pay guidelines in the EFB proposal since the company needs this and the pilot group will once again roll over. We don't have clear guidelines on cancels, and those that haven't had to deal with CS shenanigans for the past 8 or so years (SAPA EB) just think that CS will play nice. Based on the way CS treats reserves, all line holders just became reserves for an extra hour or two. I sure wish we had the ability and tools to tell the company no, or at least get something in return.
