I think it is a great idea to throw some vague pay guidelines in the EFB proposal since the company needs this and the pilot group will once again roll over. We don't have clear guidelines on cancels, and those that haven't had to deal with CS shenanigans for the past 8 or so years (SAPA EB) just think that CS will play nice. Based on the way CS treats reserves, all line holders just became reserves for an extra hour or two. I sure wish we had the ability and tools to tell the company no, or at least get something in return.

For the ERJ side of xjt (don't know if it's the same on the CRJ side), they cannot use the EFB for any notification.
