What were they(mgmt) thinking? Where's the union in this?
It's typically used very sparingly. Somebody has to
really rub you the wrong way for you to go through the trouble. And if someone has enough people blacklisting them, management really ought to deal with that person anyway. Never heard of that happening though, since this isn't commonly done.
