I spoke with a guy who interviewed on 2/18 and they only hired 8 out of 15. Not a sign of desperation if you ask me.
Don't shoot the messenger, but the 150 competitive apps came straight out of the recruiters mouth. I don't think they are quite in crisis mode yet since the plan from what I know is to hire 200-250 this year. So with the apps on file and interviews being doled out at the job fairs F9 is ok for now..........but my take was that they were concerned about the near future not having enough qualified people to hire.
