After the blue water is drained from the tank, a little bit is left over. This little bit rolls directly over the portal where potable water is refilled once the airplane picks up speed. Not sure if I'm explaining that well but visualize leftover blue water rolling back of the potable water nozzles as the airplane moves through the air.
Starbucks or nothing.
