The contract has already been awarded to Colgan, Pinnancle Holdings purchased the aircraft to be flown by Colgan Air. These are the facts folks.

In fact the contract has strict completion factor limits which will be interesting to see how Colgan does. The aircraft have increased GW kit and increased Tailwind kit so they can be operated per the contract with CAL that states they will operate off 29 @ R to not interfere with all the other traffic.

Talked to someone at CAL in planning, Q400 is on the 2008 fleet plan to be flown by Contintental, and it will only change if Colgan messes it up after it's started.

Q400 and CAL was the main reason Pinnacle purchased 9L.
